Job Summary
The Head of Housekeeping oversees property cleanliness, laundry logistics, inspections, and supply readiness. You’ll guide subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold the high standards of guest presentation across all properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage cleaning, laundry, and inspection schedules
- Oversee supply usage and inventory needs
- Conduct quality inspections of homes and closets
- Provide feedback to cleaning crews and escalate issues
- Maintain regular communication with operations team
Qualifications
- Housekeeping or property maintenance experience
- Leadership and scheduling skills
- Organized and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with vacation rental or hospitality standards
